UFC.com has posted a nice outline of Jon Jones conditioning workouts. Like most of the former wrestling stand-outs in the UFC, Jones has insane amounts of stamina and, according to UFC.com, this is how he gets it. Jones has been working with trainer Kelly Tekin, who also works with Rashad Evans and James McSweeney. The posted workouts are really leg-heavy, so proceed with caution if you have any knee or ankle problems.
